VINTAGE KITCHEN AND THE CHALLENGE OF MODERNITY
2016! Begins a new year, after Epiphany opens with a colorful and fun celebration: CARNIVAL, "carnival" comes from the Latin carnem levare, (remove the meat), we actually don't cook meat throughout the year, in fact, for 50 years we are known for sea and herbs cuisine.
Looking back at our history, we thought of a summary of all the preparations of food, ranging from preparations "vintage to the more modern" and we chose the ones that I liked the most in the last 30 years, served with the improvements that modernity and new knowledge allow us to do, all combined with fine wines.
