A traditional event, in the winecellar of the Restaurant,  where,  perhaps for the first time the Herring will be a star in a show cooking, in fact as well as to sample fine wines, fine traditional and creative dishes, chef Alberto Tonizzo, will prepare a dish surprise among the guests in an atmosphere of elegant conviviality.
